Yoga & Morning Mingle
7am - 9am
Join us bright and early for yoga and a meet and greet to get to know other Warrior Women. Optional.
9am - 12pm
Patti Stewart will teach various self-defense techniques that you can use to protect yourself or your family.
Lunch & Keynote
12pm - 2pm
Learn how to change your mindset as well as new tools for taking control of your life with Kri Edholm.
2pm - 4pm
Jax Scott will teach safe techniques for handling a firearm in your home or on your person.
4pm - 5pm
Bring everything together by practicing on pads with a partner. Instructors will be on-hand to help you along the way.
Cocktails & Light Refreshments
5pm - 7pm
Cocktails and light refreshments will be provided for those who would like to stick around. Optional.
Who Should Go
Women's Warrior Summit is for any woman who is seeking professional development, leadership, or has a desire to take control of their life. Expect to be empowered and to connect with other supportive women.
What To Wear
Wear clothing that you will feel comfortable in. This will be an interactive experience where you will sit, stand, move, and have hands-on interaction with other Women Warriors. Leggings or sweats, shorts, t-shirt, sweatshirt, and tennis shoes.
